Wandlebury Country Park and Nature Reserve, in the suburbs of Cambridge, covers more than 40 hectares / 100 acres. This historic park features numerous nature trails, wild flower meadows, large trees and shrubs, seating areas, large expanses of grass and scenic views.

Cambridge Botanic Gardens are one of the most spectacular landscaped gardens in the Cambridge area and covers more than 16 hectares / 40 acres. Located in central Cambridge, attractions at Cambridge Botanic Garden include a large lake, rock gardens with alpines and conifers, a collection of carnivorous plants, greenhouses, seating areas, pathways, large trees and shrubs, flower borders and lawns.

Milton Country Park can be found on the outskirts of Cambridge and is a popular Cambridge park. Attractions at Cambridge's Milton Country Park include areas of woodlands, fishing, footpaths suitable for horse riding, large areas of grass, ponds, a visitor centre, a café area, a picnic area and a large number of wild animals, including deer.

Situated in the Ely area of Cambridge, Wicken Fen is a vast nature reserve that is managed by the National Trust. Opened more than 100 years ago, Wicken Fen has a number of nature trails, peat bogs, reed beds, a visitor centre, a café area and a wealth of wildlife, including large numbers of wild birds.
